It seems as though this has been a problem for more than a week (maybe two).

If you've tried to e-mail me over the past few weeks and did not get a response, I apologize - I didn't get the e-mail.

All I can ask is that you try again. It is working now.

Thanks for your understanding.
The new RSS for EDGAR Filings tool now allows you to search by name. You can still enter a CIK number and have a feed generated; or, simply type in the name of a filer. As you type, a list of possible matches comes up with links right to their feeds. A quick note for the impatient: It may take a few seconds for the suggestions to appear after you start typing.

Enjoy!

(Note: Some people complained that the date was wrong. In Google Reader (and perhaps others), the date shown is the date the feed was received. If you hover over that date, you'll see the Published date - the date the document was filed. This is not an F Wall Street or EDGAR issue but a Google Reader issue.)

Registration System Near Complete

I was just informed that the registration system is near completion, and that the forum should follow shortly thereafter.

There has been a delay in all of this, and for that I'm sorry. In lieu of payment (and for a touch more), I bought into the web design company and we have been focused on the new entity/joint venture, and all of the fun legal stuff that goes along with it.

Why spend $3 grand when I can invest it, right? More to come.

(Thanks for your patience.)

Go Home From Everywhere

kfh and Night mentioned that the "logo banner" at the top of each page should take us to the home page. Point taken, and it has been implemented.
