Terms of Use for Syndication/Republishing

You are free to syndicate or republish "Blog Posts" subject to the Copyright Requirements below. A Blog Post is any file with the file extension .htm, excluding the portion containing any visitor comments, located in the subdirectory blog of the domain http://www.fwallstreet.com. You may use this F Wall Street Posts RSS Feed for syndication.

Copyright Requirements

All webpages, Blog Posts, images, charts, graphs, pdfs, and other files on www.fwallstreet.com belong to Joe Ponzio or their respective owners. You may not alter the content in any way that would violate the protections provided by the US Copyright Act.

When reprinting, republishing, syndicating, or otherwise recreating, displaying, or publishing any of materials found on http://www.fwallstreet.com, you must include a prominent:

  • notice that the material is the copyright of Joe Ponzio;

An example of acceptable use: You syndicate Blog Posts on your own blog, on which you collect pay-per-click advertising fees. The advertisements are located away from the Blog Posts and do not violate the Copyright Requirements.
