This new F Wall Street feature allows you to subscribe directly to a company's filings with the Securities & Exchange Commission's website. Simply enter the company's Central Index Key (CIK) number below and a feed will be generated with the last 100 filings. As new documents are filed, your feed will be updated.
Just added! Forget going to the SEC to get the CIK Number. You can still enter a CIK Number and hit Generate Feed; or, simply start typing a company or other filer name and, within seconds, see a list of possible matches.
Then, click the Feed URL link to go straight to your new EDGAR RSS Feed.
Note: This tool is still in beta testing.
How To Generate your free RSS feed
Search By Name: Simply enter a company or filer name (e.g., Johnson & Johnson, Buffett) and a list of possible matches will be generated. Up to 15 results will appear. Then, simply click the link to get your RSS feed. Note: For individuals, you may have to enter the last name. It may take up to ten seconds for the results to appear.
Know The CIK Number? Enter the company's CIK Number below and hit Generate Feed to get the address for your RSS Feed. Example:, enter 0001067983 and click Generate Feed to get the feed for Berkshire Hathaway's latest filings. The address (link) to your company's RSS Feed will appear below.
